'Please Select' Country on Checkout

By default a country will be selected in the Country dropdown billing and shipping section of the checkout page.

Should you wish to enable a Please Select item email to support@corecommerce.com with the name of your store and to enable Please Select on the checkout page for the Country section.
A support tech will then be able to enable that for you.
