Display Sidebars on the Homepage
If you're using a responsive store template that includes the large homepage banner, by default the sidebar widgets will not display. You do have the option to display a sidebar; however, displaying both a sidebar and the banner at its full size will require custom coding.
If you would like to display a sidebar (and its corresponding widgets) on the homepage, simply follow these instructions:
- In your CoreCommerce admin, Go to Site Content -> Sidebar Widgets -> Sidebar -> Page Display from the left menu
- Hover over Sidebar and click on Page Display
- Select the widgets you want to display on the homepage, then save.
