Each time an order is moved to shipped status you can have an email go out to the customer letting them know the order has been shipped.


 Automatic Order Shipped Email Notifications

  • Go to settings Store Settings → Notifications tab.  
  • Enable Send Customer Email When Orders are Moved to Shipped  
  • When done, click Save.

note: Each time an order is moved to a shipped status your customer will receive an email letting know the order has been shipped.  This email will contain the tracking number (if entered in by the admin).
